 This is a 3 frame hdr plus manual blended original to retain the motion blur and clouds pattern, because, you know, Photomatix ruined some of the pattern.
The clouds in the right portion were shaped by mother nature, not by slow shutter.

Gorgeous view and very good HDR processing in my mind. Only suggestion would be to bring out a bit more detail on the grassy hill.
