 I stumbled upon this barn last week. Went out early in the morning hoping for a dramatice sunrise but this was about as close as I got. Love this barn; gonna do a series on it; also have a shot I'm gonn enter into a local contest.

adjusted exposure and contrast
adjusted saturation and temp
added HDR (tonemapping) effect
slightly straighten
resized and saved

I really don't know how to do HDR and use the HDR effect with my editing - seems if I had been a bit more careful about that haloing I might have received just a little bit better score; so this was a good learning experience.

some unfortunate haloing from the processing really takes away from a potentially great scene

You definitely get penalized for the edit especially the obvious halo. Composition wise it is good. Not sure how your originals were exposed , but the scene can potentially look a lot better with an improved edit. 5

Good scene for HDR (the contrast is good for this type of processing). But the halos around the trees and lack of depth to the sky are hurting the overall image.
