I like the top half, the light is great and the building and rocks are interesting. The lower beach is out of focus and uninteresting in my opinion.
I would have cropped out the bottom third. |

Where was this taken? Almost looks like the Nubble Light in York Maine- I live about 15 minutes from there. Lovely shot of it. |

Lots of potential in this image. A couple point however. The rocks in the middle of the picture seem soft for some reason. The ground in the foreground is a little too prevalent with really nothing there for the viewer to see. Reframing with more sky and less of the foreground land mass might work.
That aside I am guessing this was a very appropriate and well executed use of HDR. (There is some haloing but that's being nitpicky). |
