Certainly the shallow DOF was achieved perfectly. You are the artist, and this is your art, so it doesn't matter if others think it would have been better some other way.

BTW, I like it -- especially the composition with the other keyboard in the background.

Great composition and idea. However, I'm not too keen on the very shallow DOF. I think it would have worked better if the immediate foreground was in focus.
