Impressive. You've managed to make the blurred areas appear sharper than the unblurred areas. Whiterook would be proud.

Your idea is good, the bokeh is appealing (bridge lights) but the foreground is wobbled (no tripod, hand held wobble) and this had a knock-on effect in the bokeh.
