 So...this challenge was my idea. So if people read this after the challenge is over and want someone yell at for this "lame challenge" I'll be here. If however, you stretched yourself creatively and thought this turned into a pretty fun exercise? Congratulations.

When I thought of the challenge I looked at my little red backpack I take with me everyday to work. I've had it for 4 years and I've taken it with me to some pretty cool places. My wife even commented that she had better not see it on our wedding day or she would walk right back down the aisle without me. :)
So 3 replaced snaps, a little salt and dirt, and thousands of miles and that bag is still with me.

Dragan 2 preset in LR2. Burned the sky by 1 stop. Removed some dust. Adjusted saturation.
Exported as TIFF.

In PSP XI I resized to 1600. One pass of sharpen. Resized to 800. Export to JPG.
