 My original idea was to use an old leather lens case I had in an inventive manner. I did a session with it as a pillbox hat, but although I looked stellar in the veil, the photo didn't quite work as a "camera bag" shot. Then I used it as something other than a lens case and got . But my teammates were being flippin' brilliant with their ideas and I got all nervous. So I decided to try something else entirely, since I don't actually own a proper "camera bag". Turns out kitten wrangling is a science unto itself (I'm fostering 4 (!!!!) plus the mom), and it took three different sessions and tons of treats to get this shot. Two of the four are much friendlier than the other two, and I used both of them in my attempts. This one I call Lord (because he thinks he's one), and he's a Manx, just like his mommy. I did not clip out his tail. Nature did that.
