 Kodak No. 5 Cartridge, manufactured 1900-1907. This one has a very low serial number, so thinking it might be 1900-1901. Used a "cartridge" film that made 5x7 negatives; I think this also had an adapter if you wanted to use glass negatives instead. A very large camera, this.
