 Folmer & Schwing RB Cycle Graphic, a 4x5 folding view cam made when F&S were a "division" of Eastman Kodak. Dates (maybe) between 1907-1912. Takes 4x5 film holders, features vertical tilt at the front and the back, and a triple extension of the bellows.
