Natural sun light (partly cloudy) was the major light. You can tell from the shutter speed. I used one flash as fill light but it didn't help that much, due to the shutter speed.

Wow, what an amazing shot! This should do really well... absolutely breathtaking. My only nitpicky suggestion would have been to have a wider crop. These kind of action shots look a little smothered to me in a tight crop - like the hummingbird is about to move out of the frame.

good shot, I particularly like how the back ground has work out here, just need a fractionally faster shutter to get those wings sharp.
