Well, this has been my first challenge entry for a couple of months (been doing big time renovating to the house we've now moved to).
Thanks for the comments, I really enjoyed them. [user]BrennanOB[/user] made me grin with his comment. Brennan, I promise you, I've never had a tap which gave me this type of shot by just turning it on ;-))
Life as an (nearly always) indoor photographer isn't quite as cosy as it seems. It took me nearly three hours of experimenting with lighting, colors, etc. before I got the result I was happy with.

Enough with the water drops already! Especially when they are as rich and beautifully lit as this. Its bloody annoying when some of us have to seek out far and distant places to shoot and all you have to do is turn on the tap to get a complex and subtle abstract with great detail and visual interest. I hate it. Great shot, top three, grats
