 Not sure how this will score. It's a bit 'out of the box' but it's nice to try something different.

Originally had the form filled out in red but it just didn't look right (wanted the completed information to stand out) so I changed it to blue and it looks much better.

Have been scoring really well lately but don't expect this one to follow suite. Hopefully will stay above a 5.6.

Heh, I had this idea too, but didn't try it (I was going to apply for the SC) :)
