 This lovely item resides at a private airfield just south of the Falls. It was a windy, blustery day, and I had to take this at the far end of my 70-200, because the place was closed and there was no trespassing signs everywhere.

Three images tonemapped in Photomatix, then Photoshop to remove some stuff from the foreground, sharpening, contrast and Nik Silver EFEX.

Classic plane! Great sky! Thought the slope of the building into the plane tends to draw less attention to the plane, and more to the sky. Maybe a couple of feet to the left would have isolated the plane from the building, and set more of the propeller against the sky. 7

The Spitfire is one of my faves. I think it's one of the most handsome aircraft ever made.
