This is from a recent photo shoot I done with a lovely lass called Susie. Shot outdoors in Edinburgh.

I adjusted brightness and contrast, cropped the image, added a slight depth of field to the image to enhance the background blur, denoised, sharpened then resized.

What a beautiful face and what a shock of hair. You have a good photographic eye to have recognized the potential but I would have cropped the wall? more

I think the angle actually takes waay from the image.

nice choice in getting some diagonal lines into the shot to give it a bit of an edge, I think you might want some more light on her face and to remove those branches in the grass before the shot.

Personally, I do not like the severely tilted angle. To me it is a little disconcerting. Its a little hard to describe but I will do my best. Basically, I feel like my eye is following the gravity of this shot and sliding down the slope from the right to the left. This leads me staring at an uninteresting wall rather than your beautiful subject. To pull my eyes away to look back at your subject is like climbing the hill, an effort.
Otherwise, it is a nice portrait, and I am loving her hair especially :-)
