 Some of my friends were competing in the New Forest Triathlon so I took the opportunity to head down and shoot a sport other than the usual rugby for a change. I saw one competitor complete it bleeding from road rash on his knee/elbow and another with a flat rear tyre. An Olympic distance triathlon is hard enough without these kinds of problems - very impressive to see people with such drive and determination!

I think your panning is ok here i feel the full image of him riding would have looked better but still well timed shot
