Good try at a hard sport you need to be more on the ball what equipment do you have i feel if you had waited a tad longer it would have been a better shot

Rider and horse are almost outside picture.

Missed focus, missed framing. Nice try, but I can't help but think that a little more persistence would have paid off.

Really like the point of view and including the sign in the photo. Just wish something was in focus.

Ouch! Why is the crop so brutal? On purpose? This could have been a great image if more of the 'action' was in the frame. 5/10.

Ahh, the crazy world of high-level eventing, grease on the legs and all...this looks like a CCI. Where did you shoot?

Another 1/100th of a second later and you probably would have had an excellent 3/4 shot of the entire horse and rider. Also, I wouldn't have bothered mentioning barrels in the title, I think many people are going to be expecting to see a barrel racer. Still, I know how hard it is to get a good shot of a horse and rider esp when they're going at Mach 3 like this pair!

i'm sorry, but all this says to me is that you were there with a camera and something happened in front of you that you weren't quite prepared for...

The horse and rider are captured nicely, but the sign is distracting.
