 YMCA children's soccer on a Saturday morning.

If this were advanced editing, I would have done some selective edits to bring out some more details from the boys. Not much I can do under basic rules without hurting other aspect of the image.

Anticipated critiques:
-Too dark or subject not standing out from background enough.
-Blob on the shoulder of one of the boys that looks like sloppy selective editing. (It's actually the white part of his shirt sleeve)

Post-challenge notes:
Came in at the low side of the range I anticipated, and almost exactly at my current site average. I thought it was a bit better than that, but then, don't we all? I think I didn't quite capture enough intensity for what people want to see in a sports shot.

Brilliantly composed with the balls in the foreground. I like the placement of the action in the middle ground and the spectator parents in the background. Good job telling the story and taking us there.

nice idea, but as far as dpc goes, you probably should have tried to get something more focused on a tighter action shot. love the perspective, though.

Aye aye aye. Now this is a story in a picture:-) What great way to captures a dozen lil hearts, their ambitions, and the colors around them. Excellent! 8/10.
