 Combination of 2 images (1 is just the tongue). Crop, levels, dodge/burn, desat brush, paintbrush to darken/lighten some highlights/shadows and color the eyes, copy right side of eye/face then flip it and superimpose over the left with slight skew, clone brush to reduce some highlights/shadows, add slight vignette and tonal contrast layers, render lighting effects, add text, resize, NI, sharpen, add border, blur tool, save for Web.

As a movie poster it doesn't really wow you but the photo is good and you didn't go overboard with the design so good job there. The border probably wasn't a good move since it takes away from the poster aspect.
