Well after a week of update addiction tonight the truth of where it lands will be revealed. I took this on an assignment for the newspaper covering a local conference meet. Considering how huge of a crop it is, I'm surprised it is scoring so well. I guess good glass does make a difference.

I still can't believe the score on this one. My first ribbon, my first 7, and a new High score for the 1DMKIV. Never could I imagine this. Thanks to everyone for the votes and the comments. It's been a nerve wracking week for me, I've never seen scores like this.

Congrats on your ribbon, I know just how you feel having won one single ribbon not so long ago.

Great pic, I personally dont think you could have cropped thsi closer as she was not centered over the hurdle.

Reall nice work here, I would even wager a guess that this may be Matt? Nice tight crop, way to blow out the background to get rid of any distracting element and this seems like a real event and not posed like some seem to be. My personal pick for top 3.

spot on shot. fwiw, it has a sense of imbalance that could have been corrected with a tighter crop that centered the subject. look how much more powerful it would have been cropped down to just above her head, over to her knee, and almost up to her foot.
