 Shooting at Legacy Skate Park, I ran into local skater Trevor Paquette. I have seen Trevor skate previously at the park. So I was excited to see him there. Yeah, he's one of those people that just draws eyes. He just has such a creative, high energy style! He was also more than happy, to help with the shot. Thanks Trevor, great job!

I used a speedlight, which was set in high sync mode. So I had to be close, as range was limited. Flash head was zoomed to 105mm, to help extend flash range. Lens was set to 17mm, 1/1000th second

Black & White or colour, this is seriously good photography. You have positioned yourself perfectly for this shot to work. This is one of my top contenders.

This is wild. His hair matches the graffiti. Cool stuff. If I would change anything, I'd really kick up the contrast.

Great capture. All the cables and cars and buildings in the background do not bother me. Yes, it's that effective! I love that you chose to go B&W. You get a 9/10.

Nice to see skateboarding in this challenge. I hope it does well. I was looking through old challenges for skateboard photos and was shocked to see how poorly some great images scored. I think some people just simply don't like skateboarding/skateboarders or they don't think it qualifies as a real sport. Best of luck.
