The picture was taken early in the morning but after the sun had come up. I didn't have a beautiful sunrise but the cloud formation is fun.

Did a lot of pp including massive dust cloning (My camera got a serious bang and there was dust everywhere) curves, levels, saturation and selective desat. noise ninja, USM etc.

The storm is cool but I really love that shell in the foreground. Really makes the composition for me.

This reminds me of a greeting card where you write your own message, or maybe it has something inspirational on the inside message. A beautiful scene. I wonder if the shell were a bit more sharp if it would ruin the dreamy feel of it. Hmmm - just thinking out loud. :) 7

I love it... and if were a betting man, AND I AM, I'd say you put that shell there but it makes it... just commented on another photo like this that it needed more... this is nice... I'd have gotten closer to it and made it bigger if you could... lower perspective and RIGHT in front of it would be SOOOO cool
