Nice details - Just seems a tad boring with that expression and pose - Also the hot spots from the lights either side are distracting.

Nice lighting, but the shot in of itself isn't very captivating. I would have tried a different pose, maybe something Hindi inspired, the cross arm pose isn't doing anything for me.
