I have a bit more information on this. It has an autographic back on it, and in that back the film pressure plate has a long list of patent dates, the first is Nov 24, 1908 and the last is Nov 8, 1921. |

Beautiful. And 100 years old? Wow.
Looks a little sad with the droopy cable release though. |

You've got an early one there - that Eastman Kodak logo at the top of the lens dates from 1907. This specimen looks to be in good condition, looks like Model D 1909-1915. If you remove the film cover on the back and look on the inside of the cover, there might be further information etched there that states the model (there were a # of variations of the No. 1A non-autographic). |
