Great face and personality. Not liking her bottom half blending in with the background though. The contrast of having her legs and feet showing would have given the shot more balance I think. I gave it a 7.

the bottom of dress need more detail or deeper contrast so it was more obvious that girl is wearing a dress, also darker background could work, becos now seem like girl is sticking out from blurry cloud
