Blew up a balloon, released it and followed it with the camera. The 7D's 8fps came in handy for this.

Actually I like the balloon in BW, it's the the grass that popped it's thunder. The tones in the grass became to homogeneous, and in some areas muddy. If you had preserved the in focus texture, and background blur it would have had more of an impact...still like the balloon.
