I appreciate all the negative space up top, though I think nevertheless this could use a litle more space (distance between berry and frame) at the bottom. Nicely done.

4 Not getting the connection to Zen. I like the shot but I am looking for the muffin to push these runaway blueberries into.. higher score in a different challenge

Very nice. This works for me on several levels... including connection to the challenge theme. The placement of the subject so close to the bottom of the frame is nicely offset by the effect of the gradient. I like it better each time I see it.
