Lighting is a little flat making the picture look a little dull for me.

The light seems a bit too harsh, background is distracting and focus is soft.

should have shown the neck to give more perspective, otherwise the colour works well with the skin tone

Good attempt, but lacks emotion somehow. Maybe it's the shadows or the yellowish hue to the background. Still an ok photo.

The pose doesn't really work for me, and isn't particularly flattering to your model. The lighting seems failrly basic, and the shadow across the arm is distracting.
