Thank you all for the comments and the good score, @Tiberius - multzam!
The reasons why a chosed this over the alternate is because I submitted them both during the month on another photography site (photoforum.ru) and this one seemed to be a bit more apreciated, also I kinda like the composition in his one a bit more. |

| A very nice capture of a very "fun" scene. Your shutter speed was just right for the water. The foreground at the bottom is a bit distracting and could easily be cropped. The fact that you mentioned it's a candid shot make it seem like you are asking us to overlook some flaws. The title would be far better without the parenthetical part. |

| Do we have a winner here??? Just perfect. Llove the desaturation, makes the day look hot and hazy, love the red striped shirt for focus and the erotic wet skirt and the toe ring. Love the action, the story, one girl helping the other. Love the watery background and the droplets in the foreground. Makes the viewer fell like both a participant and a voyeur. 10 |

| a really great shot (I'd leave off the "editoriall" candid comment in your title). The composition is made by the subject jumping into the water. B&W treatment works well. Blurry stuff in the lower foreground distracts a bit but adds to the chaotic water feel. |
