used the lomo-ish effect
used the HDR effect
added boarder
re-sized and save

after challenge-
bvy said the skin is green. does everyone else see green skin? it doesn't look green to me....asking cause maybe I need to check my monitor? Although this is a new monitor and was calibrated....maybe I need to have my eyes checked?

I think your choice of color treatment is what did this in. It was clearly intended to be a creative treatment, and I saw some effort in this, but I think it just didn't come off well on most voters.
