greetings from the Critique Club
 jminso we meet again! It was just a moment ago (it seems) that I was looking with great interest at your rose image and now here we are at a Civil War Memorial.
Yes, it is a lovely and serene image that received a middling score. One of your comments seemed to suggest the entrance was a bit dark, and yes, when I ran your fine image through 'shadows & highlights' quite a lot more detail came through, especially in the stonework. If it was mine, I'd probably try for a bit more color in the roof of the pillared structure; otherwise the modeling there works well IMO.
Perhaps it was a bit too placid for the likes of our impatient voters who sometimes like excitement more, but still it is a fine image and one you can be proud of.
