Lighting: is good, but the guitar seems a tad bit hot. (I know, I know...it's a white guitar, but it setill seems hot in places).
Pose: Fine, but would have worked better with a shirt or turned slightly to give his chest more depth.
Background: The black is well done, with good separation from the dark hair.

Nice composition. I like how you included the guitar. Your skin tones seem a touch off though. Not sure how exactly, but they don't seem quite right. Great use of lighting to give depth.

Pretty good job of using the guitar set him in his "environment" without too much clutter.

Why is he topless? :) Good setup but the facial expression of the model seems a it unnatural.

I like the lighting and focus here, the background means that you focus on the model.....good skin tones. Not sure about the guitar though......the way the white reflects the light seems a little distracting to me........like the idea though and would really like to see this with a different/darker guitar.

A darker guitar would have given a little more contrast, but this works, as the lighting is well done.

Youth. I like that the guitar is incorparated into the picture. Shows that he has a passion for something. Music. Nice compostion, good lighting.

This shot is odd to me - I can't help but wonder why he isn't wearing a shirt? Also, the bright guitar draws attention away from his face a little.

This is a very good photograph over all, although the skin tones could be a bit richer to enhance the cupid-like quality of the subject.

Good looking fellow here. Nice lighting.

Critique: The quitar bugs me here. I think maybe because only part of it is showing. My eyes keep looking down to see the rest of the shot. Maybe back up a bit and get his upper body, arms and hands with part of the quitar. I haven't done a shot like this so not sure.

I think this is a nice portrait, however the lighting seems a blit too dark. His head fades into the background.

Nice lighting - great model. The guitar is so white it attracts way tyo much attention.

This is a very nice portrait...The skin tones are great, the lighting is well-done. One tiny nitpick is that the right side, along his hair he kind of fades into the background, but that isn't that big of a deal. Very well done. :o)

Nice composition but his hair in the back of his head seems to blend with the background. You can slightly see the seperation but if there were more seperation then it would be a much better shot.

Skin color looks unnatural, kinda blue-ish.

Good pose & lighting. I would have put a strap on the guitar and slug it like he was actually playing it. But thats my own opinion and I'm currently sitting at just below 5 so it's best to just ignore me. ;-)
