first spring flowers in our yard. I did the basic started with RAW cropped resized sharpened and adjusted lights. will probably suck but I really like it.

Greetings from the Critique Club!

I think that the vignetting is the biggest thing hurting you here. Especially on the left it is unnaturally dark. Also I'd suggest a bigger aperture (smaller number). It would do great to have the background more out of focus with just the flowers sharp. With your lens I'd try f/4.

I like the gradient from white to purple on the flower petals, the exposure is good there. Just wish the flowers had been more of a focal point.

seems very cold clear light, for the title, with some nice petal texture but to be homes the darkness on the L seems out of sync with the rest of the comp (JMO)

Lighting seems a bit harsh on this. Nice color, and it's GREAT to be out from under all that snow, eh? :-)
