| with the shoreline being centered I think it would help the shot to have the shoreline level, the lights for the buildings also appear like UFO's in the sky which distract's from subject of the shot. Not really sure what you could do about the lights except maybe take the shot at dawn or dusk so the building outlines are still there so the lights are not just dots in the sky.
