good night shot, but exactly as how you have worried, certain areas are washed out due to overexposure. I firmly believe if you had boosted up the ISO to 800, and slightly stepped up your aperture to something like F/8, you could have ended up in a better shutter say close to 1 Sec, you could have avoided this.
I don't feel the hand rails to be a distraction, but it rather helps me by directing to the painter. |
