OK, a couple of things that might help, if I may be so presumptuous. The location you chose let you down somewhat...the pier/yacht club structures seem to blend in to the skyline, making it look as if it's part of the city, not a ferry-ride separating the two. Next, the post processing routine you chose left some really weird artifacts around the top of the office buildings...see that patch of oversaturated blue? On a positive note, I really dig how the reflection of the tower in the still water looks. |

Too much scene contrast from left to right and the building in the center takes away from the city's skyline. |
