 Taken from the Niagara Clipper, a tour boat that takes passengers through the serpentine Buffalo River, with a fantastic view of the dozen or so grain elevators that are now largely abandoned. This tour was sponsored by the Industrial Heritage Committee here in Buffalo. What you see here is a closeup of part of one of the elevators.

This will probably be too abstract for most of the viewers here. I don't expect a high score. ...But the texture and detail in this closeup fascinated me, which is why I submitted it. It may interest others as well.

I like this, however it does seem a little busy. It takes a while to abbsorb the whole image and take in what is happening

I really like the bird set against the scene -- is there any way to have the bird stand out more? He makes the shot :)

The tones are good, certainly conjures up thoughts of rusted metal. There isnt anything here that really catches my eye - no one particular thing that grabs my attention. There are several areas that look like they could be interesting but I feel like I want to get closer and really see those rather than view the whole which isnt as interesting as the details are so small.
