Cropped, smart sharpen, resized.

Nik Midnight. Darken/Lighten center. Levels to adjust colors and contrast. Nik Reflector effects with direction from the top right. More levels, smart sharpen.

After the fact: I converted to BW with Nik Papertoner. Darken/Lighten center.

2nd place! I really did like your first edit better (in color), LOL! But this is fantastic! You got great detail out of those drops.
