Cropped, tonal contrast, resized, more tonal contrast. Graduated orange filter on the sky, contrast color range to bring out colors, application of Lucis Art, Nik Midnight with sepia filter.
Then I used a brush stroke overlay in multiply mode and a bokeh overlay from Jutilda in difference mode, reduced. It's a huge filter, so I slid it around until I had the right bokeh bubbles in the right places.
I lightened the girl in a separate layer. Sharpened the whole thing and voila.
