 Taken while walking to take some shots at dusk (you know arrive early) so I was experimenting with some long exposure handhelds with a ND8 on the front of the lens, this was the best of the lot.

This type of shot has been done before (what hasnt?) for example James Knight-Smith in the latest issue of Silvershotz, the only slight difference is in that you can kinda make out the figure of a seagull.

5 - I like the potential, but composition seems lacking, along with borderline definition (more or less).

I am usually not a fan of light pastel colors but for this entry it really works well. 8.
