Sightly challenging because it's slightly creepy.

Cropped, sharpened, resized.

Painted over the flash spots on the head. Applied a little blur, too.

Used Nik Monday Morning filter - with smear and blur. Applied Xero Porcelain filter multiple times.

Used veil overlay. Xero Porcelain again. Dark vignette with lens correction.

Went and worked on it some more... Flaming Pear flood filter, bi-color filter in Nik, graduated natural density.
