I lost my history pretty quickly so I'll have to try to remember.
There were multiple layers and erasures and blend modes, and the following were involved
FilterForge vibrance
FilterForge comic
A gradient of black down to pinkish
Brightness/contrast
Usm (probably, maybe not)
Clone tool and color replacement tool to limit a color bleed around the people's jackets
Border, resize, sfw
