Great. I wonder if I'd like it more in black and white. The colors are good though, and so is the idea/execution. |

4 - A little eerie, wish the foil were more subtle. |

Beautiful idea and well done. I like how the left side of the photo(eye and lips) have greater clarity contrasting the foil distortions on the right side. My only minor criticism is that the composition seems just a tad off. Maybe a little tilt or small amount cropped off the right side, although I like the transition of dark to light on the right side. |

distortions contribute to self, I don't know that you needed so much negative space. I'm drawn to the left, who needs the right. |

Great idea! Adds a whole 'nother dimension to a self portrait, with ambiguous details that spark my imagination. A little yellow, maybe, so perhaps would benefit from a white balance correction, unless that particular color is meant to make a statement which eludes me. I do think it has more impact in color than it would in B&W. Not that subtlety is a bad thing in a piece of art. |

It looks like you melted! It makes me think that you view yourself as shifting and changing. Nice. |

I like the idea and the composition very much - can't help wondering what this would look like in b/w. You probably tried that though, so I'll take your word for it that color is better - actually I like the muted colors too. |

You in tin foil, I guess. Whereas it's interesting, because it's different, it doesn't say anything. I would guess you didn't know what to shoot, and so you shot this. Because I think if you *did* know what to shoot, I would have seen it, guessed it, *felt* it. Who are you? I don't know, from this. I might want to know, depending on what type of image you're capable of, but from this, I don't. Technically okay, unsharp is fine for this, white balance is off. |
