I will say this challenge has really been a challenge...taking pictures of eggs isn't all that easy...but I finally got a good combination going and it took over 200 shots (embarrassing to say!!!). Lighting, dust, placement of eggs, left, right, more of the chair, less of the chair, fix the feathers (using a knife/fork I might add)...oh, my word...oh....and I only lost one egg in the operation...guess that's ok...but boy was it a learning experience...and that's why I'm here...

I like this a lot. It's strange how the participants were so hard on it in comparison to the non-participants.

The feathers in that vase remind me of something my grandma used to have in her house. That was a good memory, so thank you!
The picture looks a bit weighted to the right side. I'm wondering if the peacock feather "eyes" were somewhere else in the composition, if it would play differently to me.

wow! nice image - the colors blend well and every thing is nice and sharp - but the eggs look a bit out of place - I still like it though
