Well, this one can go either way...
I wanted to make something different, and this idea came to me.
I borrowed one of my son's toys, and used an arm to put inside the egg. Secured it with plasticine, that also served the purpose of weighing it down. The leakage is glycerine, and it's shot on top of a black cloth.
Mini maglite for the lighting, and then some big contrast, desaturation and topaz to grunge it to a pulp.
Only later as I showed this to a friend, and she said it look like Dalí's Enfant Geopolotique, that I came up with the final title.
Maybe it's a bit too abstract for DPC, but at least I should have some strong feedback.

| Interesting concept. I wonder if the ambient lighting were a little higher, not a lot just a tad, if the image might not be more dramatic. |

| Is that a toy hand? haha nice one. I get the feeling this is either the kind of image that will do extremely well or very badly. I can't say i don't like it. its pretty nicely lit bringing out plenty of texture. I definitely love the spot light effect. For basic editing u did a good job. |
