I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.
Positives: Such unusual coloration and lighting - it makes me wonder what is causing the light spill from the right. Speaking as someone who lives in an English city, this landscape looks very alien to me and so I like the way you have offered up part of your world. The blue gradation in the sky is tremendous - very pretty indeed.
Critical stuff: There is a line running diagonally in the bottom right of the frame - it doesn't really have any compositional value and is a little distracting - I think I would've cloned it away.
Overall: An interesting image to me - though I'm not sure how widely that view might be shared. |

I really like what you were trying to do but I think that you have over cooked the yellow light for my taste. |
