I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.
Positives: The lighting DOF / blurring make for a really interesting image - one that has a crafted feel as a consequence. The vibrant coloration contrasting with the slightly drab peripheral elements of the composition is highly effective.
Critical stuff: Not much, I suppose I wish it was a little more symmetrical but this is a minor issue.
Overall: Very effective. Nice work. |
