Well, I never 'get' how voters vote, and have taken several longer breaks from challenges.
But I like all the 3 shots, maybe the alternative green one best for the diagonal green/darkish divide.
In the left alternative photo the lensbaby blur works better than in this one.
(btw - I didn't vote, no time last week)

I'm sorry to say I didn't get around to finishing voting in the challenge, because I thought this was a very good entry (no DNMC vibe from me at all). |

Deb, I think it is related to but not 'in'. Still a good mood shot.
Mine was 'in' but bombed because it wasn't a spade or rake I suppose... |

Funny - I didn't recognize the lensbaby. I guess I just enjoy OOF so much that I dont care how it got there. |

No way - I expected this one to finish much higher. I wonder if you were dinged by the discrepancy between the challenge title and the description, which clearly stated that the photo should be of something related to the garden. |

Only the wrist and one leaf are in focus. Nice seeing believable garden-products though! |

This looks more like a market than actually in the garden. Nice theme shot. |

Among my top picks in the challenge. The blur (lensbaby?) gives a good feeling of immediacy to the image. |

Hooray for the lensbaby!! I like this shot. Good use of selective focus however it could have been right on the hand. It is somewhat above the hand which is still ok because the focus is nice and sharp. Very good pp of color with the orange. |
