Greetings from the Critique Club.

First impressions are that I have one like this in my garden!

Technically this is good. Composition is ok, DOF good, background nice, exposure good.

Artistically this is ok but a little blah. It's really a garden statue and nothing else so it's hard to get artistic. I do find the gazing ball reflection slightly distracting.

In summary an ok shot, scored what it deserved, hard to improve other than a tighter crop to focus us on the detail in the statue rather than the statue in situ.

Really cool shot. Creepy, and cool. Excellent sharpness on the garden keeper. Cool, blurred colors in the background as well. Very good score from me.
