 Hit the shoes with a gridded SB-600 at 1/2 power.
Put a blue-gelled, Sto-fen'd SB-26 on the piano bench and faced it at the wall - 1/16 power.

Photoshopping was pretty minimal - cloned out a couple highlights on the back wall that I didn't like. Toned down the specular highlight on the right shoe. Did a monotone channel mixer adjustment later > 36% > soft light. Topaz denoise. Unsharp mask. Cloned out a couple dust spots in Lightroom. Straightened horizon.

Clever thought on this one. Maybe a different set-up where the use of feet was even more essential would have been more powerful.
