Needless to say, I went a little nuts here, but those leaves were not talking to me - so I took it over the top.

Opened in CS3 and used a good dose of Lucisart on it. Resized.

Cloned out stuff in the bottom two corners.

Nik Cross Balance - tungsten to daylight - made it more aqua-ish

Nik Photo Stylizer - added more aqua and purple.

A heavy dose of Fractalius, which I left in full strength, after I got the effect I wanted.

Nik Color Contrast for a better pop on the colors.

Turned the whole thing 90 degrees.

Added a bevel and white frame.
